Overview
UOB is seeking a Performance Reporting Analyst Intern to join its Retail Banking Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard enhancement, and process improvement, helping the bank streamline reporting, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current retail operations dashboards and identify gaps in Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity (QEP) tracking.
- Enhance dashboards to integrate key performance metrics such as incidents, complaints, SLA compliance, cost savings, and productivity measures.
- Automate data collection and reporting to streamline manual processes and improve accuracy.
- Develop data-driven headcount budgeting models using historical data, attrition, and business forecasts.
- Create dashboards for scenario planning and monthly tracking of productivity initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement using Python scripts and Copilot tools.
- Support prompt engineering initiatives to optimize operational processes.
- Assist in documenting solutions, workflows, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of PowerBI, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
