Overview
Grab is offering a 6-month full-time Traineeship in Singapore under its GRIT Programme, giving interns hands-on experience in country development, marketing, and CRM projects. You’ll work closely with the Singapore Country Development team to plan events, support regional initiatives, and contribute to marketing content while gaining exposure to AI tools and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing events such as the 2026 Kick-Off and Country Award ceremony.
- Compile, organize, and refine marketing playbook materials to align with strategic objectives.
- Track regional initiative progress, update timelines, and support cross-team alignment.
- Create visual reports and materials to communicate insights effectively.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing and project objectives.
- Support stakeholder communications, including Mandarin-speaking external partners if needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Interest in digital marketing, CRM, and event management.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with dashboards, Excel, and basic data visualization tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn on the job.
