Role Overview
As a Quality Specialist Intern, you will gain hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Python and AI/LLM technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, build Chatbots, and integrate automation into existing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain Chatbots and AI-driven workflows
- Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews to ensure solution quality
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
- Stay updated on industry trends in AI, LLMs, and automation
Requirements
- Passion for automation, scripting, and AI technologies
- Knowledge of Python and related libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Selenium)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices is a plus
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB) and version control (Git) is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Must possess a valid work permit or status to work in Singapore
