Overview
Join HDB’s Customer Management Department as a Service Excellence Intern and contribute to enhancing the experience of HDB residents. You will work closely with the team to analyse customer feedback, assess frontline service operations, and develop programmes that celebrate staff achievements. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer service evaluation, process improvement, and employee engagement in a public service environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse feedback from surveys, ratings, and written correspondence to identify service gaps
- Conduct on-site observations at HDB branches to evaluate frontline service quality
- Design and execute internal audits and mystery shopping exercises to assess customer touchpoints
- Plan and organise appreciation events for staff to recognise service excellence
- Create visual and written materials highlighting best practices and achievements
- Review internal processes such as compliment submissions to propose improvements
- Collaborate with team members to identify actionable solutions for enhancing customer experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Design, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in customer service, user experience, or public service
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Creative and able to contribute ideas for engagement initiatives
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
