Overview
PwC’s One Deals Internship gives students the chance to step inside one of Singapore’s largest deal advisory teams. You’ll work with specialists who support mergers, acquisitions, valuations and business recovery projects, all while learning how major transactions are analysed and executed.

Key Responsibilities
- Research companies, industries and market trends to support deal assessments
- Assist teams with building transaction insights using internal tools and databases
- Help compile presentation materials and summaries for client discussions
- Support due diligence work by reviewing financial, operational or industry information
- Contribute to valuation analysis by gathering data and preparing working files
- Take part in case discussions and problem-solving sessions with senior team members
- Work across different Deals units based on project needs
- Participate in team meetings and document key findings clearly and accurately
Requirements
- Students from any discipline with interest in M&A, finance or business strategy
- Comfortable working with numbers; financial modelling experience is a plus
- Curious, motivated and willing to learn quickly
- Strong communication and analytical thinking
- Able to handle deadlines and adapt to fast-moving project environments
- Works well in teams and contributes ideas confidently
- Fluency in an additional language is helpful but not required
