Key Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing and formatting investor reporting materials, such as board presentations and annual report sections.
· Support the compilation and analysis of portfolio performance metrics and competitive benchmarking data.
· Help with tasks related to ESG benchmarking submissions and sustainability reporting.
· Contribute to asset-level analysis, supporting initiatives to optimise portfolio performance.
· Provide research and analytical support for asset management or investment-related projects as needed.
· Aid in organizing data and creating clear, impactful slides for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
· A highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
· Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and bring a fresh, improvement-oriented perspective to tasks.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Interest in fund management, investment analysis, ESG, and real assets.
