Key Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks in business processes and propose practical improvements
- Develop SOPs and performance benchmarks to standardize workflows across teams
- Track and analyze performance metrics to support key business decisions
- - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on project execution and progress tracking
- Conduct competitive research and provide insights for regional strategy planning
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management review

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder (or graduating in 2024–2025); NS-completing grads from 2024–2025 are welcome
- Background in Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or similar fields
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
- Strong problem-solver who’s detail-oriented and process-focused
- Enjoys collaboration and communicating with people across teams
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
