Global Business Solutions (GBS) drives the commercialisation of TikTok’s global products. The team delivers integrated digital marketing solutions to major brands and agencies, covering sales, operations, commercial strategy, B2B marketing, partnerships, and content safety.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales operations, client engagement, and commercial strategy within a fast-growing global tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in strengthening partnerships and driving revenue across multiple industries, especially in the Vietnam market.
- Assist across the entire sales lifecycle: research, analytics, preparing presentations, onboarding clients, campaign support, and daily performance monitoring.
- Conduct advertising compliance checks to ensure all content meets TikTok’s safety and policy standards.
- Develop one-pagers that identify client challenges and propose scalable go-to-market solutions.
- Coordinate internal projects, track action items, and support project execution.
- Provide administrative support, including logistics coordination, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Able to commit at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
