What You’ll Learn

Key Responsibilities
- Research LNG fundamentals, contracting activity, competitor behaviour, and global market trends
- Analyse trading and marketing opportunities, building structured summaries and recommendations
- Prepare presentations and reports that communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders
- Work with quantitative analysts to upgrade and test analytical models and toolkits
- Support planning cycles by consolidating data and assembling management storyboards
- Participate in peer reviews and quality checks to ensure alignment with internal economic frameworks
- Contribute proactively as part of the LNG Marketing and Trading team on ongoing commercial work
Requirements
- Preferably a Year 3 undergraduate in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
- Excellent analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
- Skilled in Python and data analysis tools (Dataiku, Snowflake a plus)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Curious, commercially minded, and eager to tackle complex business problems
