Overview
Join Motorola Solutions’ Field Service Support team and play a role in delivering mission-critical communications and cybersecurity systems to public safety and enterprise clients. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in real-world deployment, testing, and optimization of advanced radio and video communication technologies across Singapore and the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site deployment and support of radio communication and cybersecurity systems
- Participate in installation, configuration, and system testing under guidance of project engineers
- Support the planning and execution of factory and system acceptance tests
- Help generate detailed technical documentation, reports, and system layouts
- - Conduct system troubleshooting and support fault investigations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations and contract goals are met
- Contribute to system optimization and provide feedback for improvements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and telecommunications systems
- Familiarity with networking (IP planning, routers, switches) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to deployment locations if required
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior project or hands-on lab experience is a bonus
