Role Overview
The internship focuses on providing end-to-end support for IT projects, from requirement gathering to deployment, with opportunities to work on cloud technologies, application upgrades, and enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full lifecycle project support, from requirement identification to project completion.
- Collaborate with multiple functions to understand pain-points and deliver solutions efficiently.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend solutions.
- Perform application upgrades and migration to the latest cloud platforms.
- Enhance existing applications and mobile experiences.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and user training for local and remote users.
Qualifications & Skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
