As a Commercial & Business Development Intern, you’ll support the teams behind market growth, partnerships, and trade marketing—gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real projects.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Development and Trade Marketing initiatives that strengthen Hegen’s commercial presence
- Assist with campaign, partner, and event coordination to ensure smooth, timely execution
- Prepare presentations, proposal decks, and reports to support team decisions
- Conduct industry and market research and turn findings into useful recommendations
- Provide logistical and operational support for major events such as the Distributor’s Summit and Mummy’s Market Baby Fair
- Help maintain documentation and commercial workflow processes
- Take on additional tasks that expand your exposure across the Commercial function
Requirements
- Polytechnic or university student able to commit full-time (shorter terms may be considered)
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Interest in consumer brands, marketing, or business development is a bonus
