Overview
Kickstart your career in port operations with PSA Singapore’s Trainee Lashing Supervisor programme. Key Responsibilities
- Learn to secure containers on vessels using lashing equipment
- Assist in berthing and unberthing vessels safely and efficiently
- Support wharf operations, including coning and deconing containers
- Participate in water bunkering and other vessel support tasks
- Develop supervisory skills to motivate and manage a team of lashing specialists
- Uphold strict safety standards during all operations
- Ensure smooth coordination with other port teams to maintain operational flow
- Contribute to improving work processes and operational efficiency
