This internship places you at the heart of guest-facing operations at Marina Bay Sands, one of Singapore’s most iconic hospitality landmarks. As part of the Front Office team, you’ll learn how world-class service is delivered while supporting daily guest check-ins, guest experience coordination, and front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures to ensure smooth registration and check-out processes
- Maintain a fully prepared workstation and ensure equipment and materials are in place each shift
- Respond to guest enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil requests
- Share information about room categories, promotions, dining experiences, and assist with reservations
- Support issue resolution by escalating challenges to senior colleagues when necessary
- Update guest profiles with preferences and details to enhance future stays
- Follow safety, security, and operational guidelines, including reporting incidents and handling emergencies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Full-time student whose internship fulfils school graduation requirements
- No prior experience needed—training will be provided
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a warm, service-oriented attitude
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional grooming and a positive, “can-do” mindset
