Overview
Join a dynamic team as an HR & Admin Intern, where you will support key human resource and administrative functions that keep the organisation running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external HR & administrative inquiries to ensure smooth operations
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and events while maintaining agendas
- Support onboarding of new hires, including orientation coordination and record updates
- Prepare workstations, equipment, and stationery for new staff
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports on HR & admin activities
- Assist in setting up training programs and events
- Work with department heads on HR & administrative matters
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Pleasant, professional, and proactive communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Able to commit at least 4 months, with preference for final semester students ready for post-internship employment
