Engagement Details
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging top technology talent for our clients. You’ll work closely with the hiring team to introduce the best software developers to our venture-backed clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels.
- Screen profiles to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Move candidates through the client process and support final engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) aligned with US Pacific Time core hours: 9 AM – 3 PM PT.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous HR or talent acquisition internship experience.
- Experience working with startups, particularly in the growth stage.
