Role Overview
We are seeking Assistant Project Managers to help clients operate and scale different parts of their growing businesses. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will act as a general problem solver, collaborating with different teams to manage projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Business-to-Business Communication: Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Client & Vendor Management: Support the management of relationships and deliverables.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Reports Generation & Documentation: Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
- Project Management Tools: Utilize PM software to track and optimize workflows.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English.
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).
- No prior experience required, though any relevant work or academic experience is a plus.
- Career-oriented, serious, and ready to contribute.
