Job Description — Account Manager (APAC) Internship
This is a remote, contract-based internship for candidates interested in Account Management and Client Success within the APAC region.
Interns will undergo a 3-month structured remote training program (4 hours per day). Upon successful performance and meeting eligibility criteria, interns may be considered for full-time opportunities at Meeedly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support client relationships across APAC.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients and assist in platform adoption.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
- Analyze client usage patterns and collect feedback to improve engagement.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams.
- Ensure clients maximize the value of Meeedly’s features and integrations.
Qualifications
- Client Management: Strong relationship-building and onboarding capability.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to review feedback, understand client needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or related software.
- Experience: Prior exposure to account management, customer success, or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working across APAC time zones and in a fully remote environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields preferred (not mandatory).
