Overview
Roche’s APAC Foundational Products Squad (FPS) is offering a unique regional-facing internship where you’ll explore how AI can transform healthcare engagement across Asia-Pacific. As the AI & Market Insights Intern, you’ll work on projects that combine AI experimentation, insight generation, and digital innovation — all while supporting teams across multiple countries from your base in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate AI tools to uncover insights about customers, markets, and patient needs
- Create AI-generated content (e.g., training modules, personalised communications, storytelling assets) to support affiliate engagement
- Explore emerging platforms such as copilots and NotebookLM, recommending practical use cases for regional teams
- Support content development and feature testing for the new HCP portal, helping improve the user experience
- Collaborate with FPS teammates and country affiliates to refine ideas and translate insights into meaningful actions
- Bring creative, forward-thinking concepts that inspire new ways of engaging healthcare partners across APAC
- Contribute to documentation, pilots, and sandbox experiments that advance FPS’ innovation roadmap
Requirements
- Studying Business, Marketing, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
- Curious about AI and willing to learn new tools quickly
- Comfortable trying new ideas, experimenting, and iterating
- Strong communication skills and openness to working with multicultural teams
- Enjoys problem-solving and connecting insights to practical solutions
- Able to commit full-time from January to June 2026
