Overview
Join Shopee’s Social Key Account Management team and support the fast-growing world of livestream commerce. In this role, you’ll work closely with top creators and key sellers to help them scale their presence on Shopee Live and Shopee Video. You’ll learn how e-commerce, content, and data come together to drive seller success and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support key livestream sellers by identifying growth opportunities and helping them optimise content performance
- Work with KOLs and celebrity partners to plan and execute high-impact livestream campaigns
- Analyse seller trends and performance data to highlight promising accounts and shape outreach strategies
- Contribute to team-led improvement projects that enhance workflow efficiency
- Assist in evaluating and developing new business initiatives for livestream commerce
- Provide insights that support the integration of Shopee Video and Shopee Live
- Track campaign outcomes and generate reports that guide future planning
- Help maintain strong relationships with sellers through consistent communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any field
- Passionate about e-commerce, livestreaming, and helping businesses grow
- Enjoys working with people and building long-term partnerships
- Comfortable with numbers; Excel or SQL knowledge is a plus
- Able to work full-time for 3–6 months (part-time commitment of at least 3 days/week also accepted)
- Adaptable, organised, and ready for a fast-paced environment
