Overview
Join the East Zone People, Programme, and Partnership 3 team as a Marketing and Communications Intern, where you will help drive smart parking adoption and enhance user experience. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to develop marketing campaigns, design communications materials, and contribute to operational improvements in car park facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and user analysis to assess Parking @ HDB app adoption, user behaviors, and barriers to sign-up at Old Airport Road Car Park
- Develop a comprehensive marketing campaign strategy including target audience segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel promotions
- Design and produce creative communications materials such as posters, digital displays, brochures, and social media content
- Create intuitive wayfinding signage and visual communications to improve traffic flow and navigation at Geylang Serai Market Car Park
- Prepare an implementation plan outlining campaign phases, resources, budget, and success metrics
- Develop a framework to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including app sign-ups and user engagement
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, and user experience design
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality design materials
