Overview
Stephenson Harwood, an international law firm, is seeking a Business Development Intern to join their team. This role provides hands-on experience in supporting business development activities, marketing communications, event coordination, and client engagement within a global professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of pitches, proposals, and tender submissions by assisting with strategy and documentation
- Draft, proofread, and update marketing literature, profile sheets, and communications
- Assist with internal and external communications, including LinkedIn, WeChat, and intranet posts
- Coordinate legal directory and awards submissions, including research interviews and compiling referee data
- Help organize logistics for client seminars and social events
- Support BD team coordination, including checking brand compliance, updating trackers, and preparing reports
- Assist global BD teams with marketing materials and requests for information
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an interest in business development
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
