Overview:
Publicis Groupe is seeking a full-time AI Intern (5–6 months) for their Growth Operations team in Singapore. This is a hybrid role combining AI/ML expertise with business integration to develop AI-driven productivity solutions for media and advertising operations across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The internship emphasizes hands-on AI application, business impact, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy internal AI tools to improve team productivity, efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Build predictive models for media performance, automated taxonomy generators, and pipelines for data cleaning and standardization.
Business Integration:
- Collaborate with commercial, trading, and digital teams to understand workflow challenges.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that directly enhance media operations and client outcomes.
Change Agent & Advocacy:
- Act as an AI evangelist within the Growth Ops team, embedding AI solutions into business workflows.
- Research cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, specialized ML models) and demonstrate their practical applications to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead training sessions to upskill internal teams and promote AI literacy.
Research & Enablement:
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies relevant to the media agency landscape.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and develop prototypes for internal adoption.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML/AI libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools or cloud environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and able to manage projects from concept to prototype.
- Available for 5–6 months full-time.
