Overview
Univers is seeking a Procurement Intern to support operational and strategic procurement activities across its global entities (excluding China). This role provides exposure to vendor onboarding, sourcing projects, procurement systems, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-growing decarbonization technology company.

Key Responsibilities
- Support operational procurement activities, including purchase requests and order processing
- Assist with new vendor onboarding for global entities (excluding China)
- Serve as a subject matter expert in MS Dynamics to guide users on procurement processes
- Support sourcing projects and procurement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on local and global procurement projects, contributing to process optimization
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
- Planning to specialize in Indirect Procurement as a career path
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
- Prior internship or work experience in procurement is a plus
