Overview
Red Hat Singapore is seeking a Deal Management Analyst Intern to support contract and deal structuring activities. Working closely with a senior mentor, you will gain hands-on experience reviewing and drafting contract components, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations. This role provides exposure to international deal processes and the inner workings of enterprise open source software business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Review Sales requests to adapt standard language for complex or non-standard contracts
- Collaborate with Legal and Deal teams to draft non-standard terms for agreements
- Ensure contract language aligns with corporate policies and risk frameworks
- Maintain and update the clause library and contract repository
- Support contract deliverables and communicate progress with internal stakeholders
- Apply industry knowledge and open-source frameworks to deliver effective deal outcomes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university in Singapore for the full internship duration
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to collaborate in a global, cross-functional team
- Knowledge of business management principles relevant to deals and contracts is a plus
- Full-time availability: Jan – June 2026
