Overview
TikTok’s HR Operations team is seeking interns to support and enhance employee lifecycle processes, contributing to a seamless and positive experience for all employees. This internship provides exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, job status changes, and contract preparation.
- Assist in coordinating and enhancing HR processes and updating relevant policies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition (TA), and regional HR teams to support ongoing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee matters and respond to queries under guidance.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks for employee records.
- Contribute to the documentation and improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in a related discipline (HR, Business Administration, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Basic understanding of HR and employee lifecycle processes is a plus.
Internship Details
- Duration: Minimum 3 months
- Start Period: January 2026 (onboard by 12 Jan 2026) or May 2026 (onboard by 11 May 2026)
- Location: TikTok Singapore, with exposure to regional HR teams
