Overview
This internship provides hands-on experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within the APAC region. Interns will support projects in talent management, learning and development, performance management, and HR digitalisation initiatives, gaining exposure to regional HR operations and strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent management and learning & development programs.
- Assist in the annual APAC performance management process.
- Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support HRIS and digitalisation projects, including payroll system implementation.
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
