Código 1530 is one of the world’s fastest-growing premium tequila brands—crafted in a dedicated family-run distillery in Mexico and enjoyed across 30+ countries. As we continue to expand across Asia, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Intern to support our International Markets team.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to global operations, demand planning, inventory management, and commercial collaboration while working in a dynamic, lifestyle-driven brand environment. If you’re analytical, curious, and excited to blend supply chain excellence with modern tools (including AI), we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Consolidate depletions and forecast inputs from distributors and market partners.
- Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and fill rate.
- Recommend improvements to streamline forecast collection.
- Support monthly demand projections for Finance and Supply.
- Explore and test AI tools to automate reporting or data consolidation.
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Support bonded warehouse stock planning to balance service levels and cost.
- Monitor slow-moving, aging, or at-risk inventory.
- Troubleshoot replenishment or stock-flow issues.
- Assist with cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and maintain dashboards using Python, Excel, and Power BI.
- Work with Sales teams on planning materials for distributors and partners.
- Update SOPs, workflow documents, and internal processes.
- Share supply chain best practices with internal teams and distributor partners.
Operations Support
- Execute end-of-month stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist in event operations, stock preparation, packing, and inbound handling.

What We’re Looking For
Education & Skills
- Currently pursuing studies in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.
- Comfortable with statistical analysis or basic machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: familiarity with low-code AI tools (ChatGPT, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, etc.).

- Comfortable with occasional irregular or weekend hours.
