Key Responsibilities
- Support initiatives to improve material release cycle times and efficiency.
- Analyze material release data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Assist in streamlining release processes and documentation.
- Participate in quality walkdowns and shop floor oversight activities.
- Collect and analyze quality data from production and QC areas to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Monitor quality systems performance, including deviation, CAPA, and change control metrics.
- Contribute to root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, Chemical/Biomedical/Bioprocessing Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
