About the Programme
Standard Chartered’s Business Platforms & Partnerships team sits at the intersection of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), technology, and digital innovation. The team drives platform strategy, strengthens partnerships, and advances key initiatives in areas such as Digital Assets, Open Banking, and AI implementation. The internship offers an immersive experience within a global bank, combining structured training with real project exposure.
What You’ll Experience
This 10-week programme blends classroom learning, mentoring, and hands-on project work. You’ll gain insights into banking platforms, client solutions, product development, and innovation frameworks. Interns also participate in networking sessions, technical seminars, and community initiatives.
Depending on your strengths, you may be matched to:
- Frontline Platforms, Applications & Solutions (FAST): Build scalable systems and support agile delivery.
- CIB Platforms Performance: Enhance platform resilience and improve client outcomes.
- Client Experience, Insights & Design (CXID): Design user-centric journeys and produce data-led insights.
- Client Lifecycle Management (CLM): Improve onboarding and lifecycle processes using tech and automation.
- AI & Data Science: Use AI to support risk detection, analytics, and decision intelligence.
- Open Banking: Contribute to API ecosystem expansion and digital connectivity.
