About the Role
As an Innovation & Collaboration Centre Intern, you will support the design, research and facilitation work behind Capgemini’s innovation programmes. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, design and emerging technologies, you will contribute to sessions, showcases and prototypes that help clients solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of AIE innovation sessions and ASE workshops
- Translate concepts into visuals: journey maps, wireframes, idea sketches, or simple prototypes
- Conduct research on tech trends, startup ecosystems and digital innovations
- Assist in developing use cases, opportunity areas and innovation narratives
- Contribute to immersive showcases and client experience curation
- Help prepare workshop materials and facilitation artefacts
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively and contributing ideas
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about innovation, user-centric design and emerging tech
- Familiar with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, low-code tools)
- Bonus: interest or experience in video editing or multimedia
