What You’ll Learn as an Intern
As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to real translation workflows, project coordination, quality control, and client servicing. You’ll work closely with our professional translators and project team to understand how the translation and localisation industry operates from end to end. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, motivated individuals who want to build strong language, administrative, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development / Admin Intern, you will support daily operations and project coordination. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document organisation
- Preparing, formatting, and organising client materials for translation
- Updating project logs and tracking deadlines to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintaining internal records and assisting with basic quality checks
- Supporting simple client communication and follow-ups
- Assisting the team with other operational or project-related duties when required
Who We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interested in language services, translation workflows, or project coordination
- Motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Prior experience is a bonus but not required—training will be provided
