Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing residential property operations, including maintenance, security, and facility services.
- Prepare specifications, contract documents, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Support Annual/Extraordinary General Meetings and Council Meetings, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Engage with residents, owners, and stakeholders, addressing feedback and enhancing community living standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, building regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial reporting for property operations.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and provide general operational support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Property/Facilities Management or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; entry-level applicants are welcome.
- Familiarity with Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) framework and BMSMA is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with property management systems and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional in handling tasks and challenges.
