Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, set appointments, and help consultants manage their day-to-day schedule.
- Assist with client communication by monitoring messages, emails, and inquiries.
- Support administrative follow-ups, reminders, and deadline tracking for ongoing tasks.
- Prepare client-related documents, organise files, and maintain digital records.
- Create slides, proposals, and simple marketing materials using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
- Update databases and assist with basic data entry.
- Help track expenses, prepare simple financial records, and support routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with organising small-scale events such as client engagement sessions or internal team gatherings.
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely and professionally.
Requirements
- A-Level, diploma, or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable communicating professionally through email, calls, and in person.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva (or similar design tools).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in anticipating needs or solving small problems independently.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products or CRM tools is helpful, but not required.
- Creative flair and interest in designing simple presentation materials is a plus.
