Key Responsibilities
Digitalisation & Automation
Identify pain points in business processes and implement low-code or AI-driven solutions.
Design, build, and test solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, Excel macros, and approved AI tooling.
Co-develop and guide end-users on RPA deployment and maintenance.
Ensure process compliance and adherence to security policies.
Business Analysis & Project Delivery
Analyze trends and patterns in usage data from M365 analytics and other platforms.
Collect and analyze user feedback to improve tool adoption.
Contribute to top projects, including cluster or nation-wide rollouts.
Support all phases of project delivery, including execution and documentation.
Leadership (Optional)
Coach and mentor junior interns in technical and project-related tasks.

Requirements
Pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI & Analytics, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
Expected graduation: May 2027.
Proactive, results-oriented, and willing to experiment with healthcare technologies.
Analytical skills: able to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Coding/scripting or experience with automation/AI tools is a plus.
Strong teamwork, multitasking ability, and positive attitude.
Passionate about contributing to HealthTech innovation.
