Key Responsibilities
Assist with the rollout and implementation of the Cluster Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS).
Participate in SDLC activities, including requirements collection, unit testing, and project implementation.
Develop and support automation processes to improve routine operations (BAU), including HITS minutes taking and coordination.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization.
Provide documentation, reporting, and support for project tasks.

Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Infocomm & Security, or related discipline.
Expected graduation: December 2027.
Basic knowledge of IT system architecture and IT security principles.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Teams and Power Automate.
Analytical and computational thinking skills to approach and resolve complex tasks.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work across multiple disciplines.
