Overview
Gusto Collective Singapore is seeking Account Coordinator Interns for its Events team from August to December 2025. This internship offers first-hand exposure to the workings of a luxury Public Relations and Events agency, supporting a diverse portfolio of international fashion, lifestyle, beauty, luxury, and hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and support of client events, meetings, and brainstorming sessions
- Research, develop, and update event proposals
- Manage administrative tasks including budgets, guest lists, contracts, and event documentation
- Maintain corporate databases, vendor contacts, and office inventory
- Provide on-site support during events and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate calendars, schedules, and reminders for upcoming events
- Support general office housekeeping and cleanliness
