Internship Overview
The L’Oréal Internship is designed for ambitious, resilient, and agile students seeking hands-on experience in the beauty and FMCG industry. Interns will:
- Gain exposure to L’Oréal’s divisions, brands, and business models.
- Build professional networks and develop practical skills.
- Participate in projects across marketing, digital, and eCommerce functions.
There are two tracks available: Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Marketing Intern Responsibilities
- Content creation, social media idea generation, and agency briefing.
- Coordinate brand activations and go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct market research and develop retail initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily market requests.
- Support campaign creation, video production, and post-campaign reporting & analysis.
Digital Marketing Intern Responsibilities
- Support operations across social media and digital campaigns.
- Engage with media agencies to track digital asset deliverables.
- Manage curation, cataloging, and distribution of digital assets and product data.
- Compile reports on influencer performance, support data acquisition and activations.
- Track eCommerce performance and liaise with markets to support regional campaigns.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (students from polytechnics also welcome).
- Background in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other editing software is advantageous.
- Passion for the FMCG and beauty industries is a plus.
