Role Overview
We are looking for an RPA Intern to support our HR Robotic Automation Process (RPA) projects. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, develop automation programs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into RPA solutions
- Build, develop, and test RPA programs to support HR processes
- Document business processes and system requirements following PSA’s RPA methodology
- Extract, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple sources to inform operational decisions
- Design and implement RPA programs using tools such as UiPath to solve HR-related challenges
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Full-time availability for the internship (Jan – May 2026 or Mar – Aug 2026)
- Experience with RPA programming using UiPath is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
- High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork
- Knowledge of other automation tools (VBA scripting, Power Automate) is a plus
