Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with traders to implement technology-driven improvements
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and usability of internal trading systems
Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++; familiarity with SQL, R, VBA, or JavaScript is a plus
- Prior experience in data science, quantitative research, or analytics projects
- Ability to interpret market reports and datasets; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work at least 4 days per week for 6–9 months
