Overview
Join Synapxe’s Capability Enablement team and take part in strengthening Singapore’s national HealthTech ecosystem. As an intern, you’ll contribute to building a sustainable IT Asset Lifecycle Management capability across more than 800 applications used by healthcare teams nationwide. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to project planning, data-driven decision making, and process improvement work that directly supports HealthTech operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify problem areas through research, design thinking, and root-cause analysis
- Gather and analyse data to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Support the planning of cross-functional projects, timelines, and work scopes
- Design or refine workflows using methods like value stream mapping or surveys
- Build measurement tools, dashboards, and matrices to track adoption and KPIs
- Prepare insights that guide prioritisation, change requests, and improvement planning
- Facilitate or support workshops and focus groups across diverse stakeholder groups
Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma in IT, Business Information Systems, Infocomm & Security, or related fields
- Comfortable using tools like Visio, Excel (advanced formulas), Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate
- Interested in analytics, problem solving, and improving digital workflows
- Able to work with different teams and manage multiple tasks
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to meaningful HealthTech projects
