Overview
Join Synapxe as an intern within its Central Infrastructure Services team, where you’ll work with a health-tech leader powering Singapore’s public healthcare systems. You’ll help deliver and improve IT infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments, while also gaining exposure to modern DevOps, SecOps, and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automation tools to patch systems, enforce compliance, and carry out health checks, reducing manual effort and risk
- Implement provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for IT resources; drive faster and safer deployment of compute infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and flag or resolve infrastructure issues autonomously, ensuring high availability
- Prepare and communicate infrastructure or configuration changes to internal stakeholders and system owners
- Support the CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance, helping streamline deployments and security integration
- Apply DevOps/SecOps or DevSecOps best practices to elevate the security posture of Synapxe’s services
- Investigate issues, troubleshoot incidents, and propose improvements to mean-time-to-resolution
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma (or equivalent) in IT, Data Analytics, Applied AI, or a related field
- Expected to graduate in May 2027
- Solid programming ability (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages)
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure—servers, networks, cloud concepts
- Analytical mindset and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Good communication and ability to work well in a cross-disciplinary team
- Self-starter: motivated, resourceful, and eager to make a real impact in HealthTech
