Overview

You’ll support everyday IT operations while learning how a large sustainability-driven organisation keeps its digital ecosystem running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain user devices so employees can work efficiently
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to restore smooth operations
- Deliver face-to-face or remote support for local and overseas teams
- Run routine system checks, apply updates, and help keep applications and networks stable
- Prepare simple reports to understand service performance and propose improvements
- Assist with digital and technology projects across the organisation

Requirements
- Studying IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Comfortable working with laptops, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software
- Basic understanding of networks such as LAN, WiFi, and general connectivity
- Familiarity with mobile devices (Android/iOS)
- Able to learn enterprise tools like Office 365, Azure, and video conferencing platforms
- Good communication skills and a willingness to support different types of users
