The Programme Associate role supports their Active Ageing Centres (AACs), which serve as community touchpoints where seniors receive engagement, social support, and early interventions.

Key Responsibilities
- Share information about the centre’s services and encourage senior participation in programmes.
- Assist in running wellness and social activities, including health screenings, exercises, and engagement sessions.
- Befriend seniors through home visits and regular check-ins, keeping an eye out for those who may require additional support.
- Coordinate referrals to internal departments or external community agencies when necessary.
- Support outreach efforts and community events within assigned neighbourhood clusters.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as attendance, programme records, and reports.
- Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations.
- Occasionally support events during weekends or evenings when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Comfortable using Google Suite tools
- Able to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for engaging older adults and serving the community
- Responsible, pleasant, proactive, and committed to quality work
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with community services and social support networks
- Conversant in additional local languages or dialects
- Willingness to work on occasional weekends or evenings
