Overview
This Graduate Trainee Programme with Lidl & Kaufland Asia’s Textile Division is a two-year rotational opportunity designed to build strong commercial and product expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily merchandising operations by tracking orders and coordinating with suppliers
- Assist in negotiations and communication between internal teams and external partners

- Maintain accurate product data on internal systems
- Help manage samples, seasonal reviews, and showroom preparation
- Support project timelines by identifying risks and following up on deliverables
- Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives that improve team processes and outcomes
Requirements
- Graduated in 2026 or within the last year, with a diploma or degree (GPA 3.0 / 2:1 or above)
- Background or interest in textiles, apparel, fashion, or merchandising
- Comfortable working with data, details, and deadlines
- Confident communicator who works well in a team
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or German is a bonus
