PwC Singapore is offering an off-cycle Transfer Pricing Internship for students who want practical exposure to international taxation and corporate tax strategy. Interns join a specialized team advising multinational companies on structuring, pricing, and compliance for cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis: Investigate clients’ business models, transfer pricing regulations, and market trends.
- Economic Analysis: Assist in benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing strategies.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare transfer pricing documentation aligned with local and international requirements.
- Client Engagement: Support meetings, presentations, and deliverables under senior guidance.
- Project Management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Cross-Office Collaboration: Work with colleagues locally and internationally to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Requirements
- Final-year student in Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Law
- Strong academic record and active involvement in co-curricular activities
- Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, keen to learn, and detail-oriented
