Overview
PwC Singapore is offering an Off-Cycle Internship (Jul–Dec 2026) within its Tax – Transfer Pricing practice. This role is ideal for high-performing final-year students who are interested in international taxation, economic analysis, and advising multinational corporations on cross-border tax strategies.
As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you’ll work in a specialized team that helps clients navigate complex global tax regulations, manage transfer pricing risks, and optimize operating models across jurisdictions.
About the Team
PwC’s Transfer Pricing team advises multinational companies on how to price intercompany transactions in compliance with local and international tax regulations (e.g. BEPS frameworks). The team combines economic analysis, financial modeling, and strategic advisory, working closely with PwC teams across different countries to deliver holistic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on clients’ businesses, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends
- Economic Analysis: Support benchmarking studies and economic analyses to evaluate transfer pricing policies
- Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation aligned with local laws and international standards
- Client Engagement Support: Help prepare presentations, attend client meetings with seniors, and contribute to client deliverables
- Project Management: Manage assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Global Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams within Singapore and with PwC colleagues across other countries
Requirements
- Final-year student in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Law
- From reputable local or overseas universities
- Strong academic performance and active co-curricular involvement
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
