About the Program
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) Program is designed to accelerate your career through hands-on experience, skills development, and professional networking. Trainees work alongside experienced colleagues across operations teams to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence while gaining exposure to global business practices.
Your Role
As a Trainee in the Prime Financial Services Operations team, you will:
- Support client onboarding, renewals, and remediation requests, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and mapping data to support business objectives
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement data quality frameworks
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from business and operational data
- Participate in forums and projects that promote a data-driven mindset
- Leverage innovative tools including GenAI to support solution design
What We’re Looking For
- Graduating between 2024 and 2025 from any bachelor’s or master’s program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability in dynamic environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced settings
