Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize data-centric algorithms to enhance reasoning and training data quality

- Implement and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific applications and post-training optimization
- Track advances in open-source SOTA models and integrate them for practical applications

- Contribute to research outputs, publications, or technical patents
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and related libraries
- Strong understanding of large-model research, including reinforcement learning
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a research-driven team environment
