VT Markets is offering an internship in Human Resources with a focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B). As an HR Intern, you will support data-driven initiatives that influence employee engagement and business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in salary benchmarking and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Maintain and update benefits inventories across multiple regions.

- Develop and maintain C&B dashboards (headcount, salary distribution, benefits participation).
- Clean, analyze, and visualize HR data to support decision-making.
- Help identify trends and provide insights to improve compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
